Windestine Hearts of the Forest, Jeweled Sand, and Sunset Glow

We have an Indie today!! We have Windestine, which has really gorgeous, unique polishes! I was given Hearts of the Forest, Jeweled Sand, and Sunset Glow for review, and you will be blown away by how pretty these are!!

Hearts of the Forest was just fascinating. It is full of green glitters of different shapes and sizes and there are red hearts scattered about. One thing I must say right off the bat is that the hearts were not hard at all to apply! No fishing required AT ALL. That is what I love about polishes with hearts.  I layered this over Orly Glitz and Glamour, a bright metallic gold (not easy to cleanup whatsoever!). There is only 2 coats over Orly Glitz and Glamour. So beautiful. Almost perfect for Christmas!

Jeweled Sand is spectacular, and looks SO MUCH BETTER in person! It’s delicate with micro glitters in gold and baby blue, in just a little larger size, running through. This is layered over Zoya Farah. So stunning! I love this and can see wearing this to a wedding/formal events. Couldn’t stop staring at this, and seeing it sparkle in the sun was breathtaking. This is 2 coats.

Sunset Glow, a quirky, neon orange glitter with neon orange hearts is definitely interesting. I had to try it over a like color and a light color so its true form could be seen! The hearts, once again, were easy to work with! Do you like this? And, over light or dark? This is 2 coats over LVX Vermillion (dark) and Barielle Greenwich Village at Dawn (light).

Sunset Glow over LVX Vermillion:

And, Sunset Glow over Barielle Greenwich Village at Dawn:

These are definitely unique from what I’ve seen out there in the nail polish universe.

To purchase, check Windestine out at their Big Cartel Shop. It’s probably under maintenance, right now.

Author: Taneja's Bride

When I became Taneja’s Bride (a.k.a. Mrs. Taneja), my love for nail polish (and makeup) was resurrected. I was already quite fond of cosmetics, as I wore them throughout high school and college but had taken a hiatus from nail polish throughout high school and college (wearing them only during special occasions). My collection started back up as Mrs. Taneja and I grew quite the collection. I was quite hesitant to become a nail polish blogger, but I did so to join the nail polish community (which is AMAZING!) and made SO MANY friends from it. I will never regret my decision to become part of the community! I love what I do and I hope you enjoy my swatches and reviews! I’ve also written a novel – a philosophy, a romance, entertainment – and I’d love to share with you all about it. Check out my page here for further details. Or, you can directly go the Amazon site and support me! Paint the town red! Be BOLD! Make a statement! Be YOU! Don’t be afraid of colors!
